Privacy Policy

Linkly is operated by Boost Apps. This page describes how we handle data when merchants install the Linkly Shopify app.

What we collect

• Shop domain, plan, and brand preferences (configured by the merchant).
• Pages, blocks, and links the merchant creates.
• Click events on public bio pages: timestamp, UTM parameters, referer, coarse device type, and country (no IP storage).
• Email or phone leads only when a merchant adds an email-capture block and a visitor submits the form.

What we do not collect

We do not collect customer order data, personal contact details from Shopify customers, or any payment information.

GDPR webhooks

Linkly handles the three Shopify compliance webhooks:

• customers/data_request - acknowledged within 200 OK; merchants export lead data via the admin UI.
• customers/redact - leads matching the customer email are deleted.
• shop/redact - all shop data is deleted from our database.

Data retention

Click events are retained for 30 days on the Free plan and 365 days on Pro. Leads are retained until deleted by the merchant or via redact webhook.
